Crayons have a shipping guarantee. Depending on external temperatures, crayons may break during transit. If this occurs, kindly let us know with a photo and we will send the replacement letter(s) at no cost to you.
There are no returns of custom crayons.
All crayons are sent in double padded envelopes or boxes via USPS and labeled FRAGILE for gentle handling. If ordering 1 - 3 sets, shipping rate is $7.95. If a box is required, the shipping rate is $12.95.
